From the A38 take the exit signed Plympton (B3416). Follow all signs to Hemerdon Village (approx 2 miles).
Drive past The Miners Arms Pub on your left. At The red telephone box do not turn right, carry straight on down the lane marked "Unsuitable for motor vehicles", we are down this lane on the right after approx 200 yards (Notice large granite post on right). The lane is only unsuitable for motor vehicles past our gate.
